Neal Beckstedt Studio is a boutique architecture and interior design firm that offers comprehensive services for residential and commercial clients. Tapped by DDG Partners to stage the penthouse in their new building Xoco, Neal Beckstedt Studio transformed the expansive four-bedroom home into an elegant retreat infused with modern sophistication and ease.
This signature style of warm modernism is achieved through a mix of vintage, contemporary, and custom pieces. The studio prides itself on timeless, elegant, and functional environments that are reflective of the client’s lifestyle. Combining the old with the new, the staged apartment exemplifies downtown living as casual and inviting while remaining sophisticated and modern.

Wales II Sofa pays tribute to the country’s history – the “Land of Castles”, Wales. Upholstered in cotton velvet and with a base in matte vintage brass, this curved sofa features a bronze renaissance nailhead trim that makes it even more elegant.

Craig Center Table carries an uncompromised retro style and strong presence. It boasts a Verde Guatemala marble top, supported by a stainless steel structure in a brass finish with a low shelf for storage. A perfect centerpiece that takes a modern approach to its design.

The Coll Rug, by Rug’Society, was inspired by the basic and primary illustrative forms of MARIMEKKO, a textile illustrator who stands out for its simplicity in its very strong patterns and colors. It is particularly noted for its brightly colored printed fabrics and simple styles, both used in women’s garments and in home furnishings.

The Maya civilization had maize as one of the primary elements of their culture. Personified as a woman, Maya’s Maize God was the inspiration behind Maya Armchair.
