The luxury home is on the retail market ( in the renting segment) for the incredible amount of $11 000. Founder of Honest Company, the Hollywood actress originally purchased, in 2002, the 2,286-square-foot house for $1.1 million and has made it available for rent, with the furniture and all, over the past few years.
The luxury house is located on a steep hillside with stunning views of the city. It has two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom connected by a dizzying spiral staircase that runs through the center of the modern home. On the exterior, the house is kind of hidden behind a driveway gate and a state-of-the-art security system, so you’ll definitely be secure in there.
The interior design is a glamours haven with ebony hardwood floors, robin’s egg blue-hued walls and richly colored jewel-tone bespoke furniture. On the main floor, you’ll find a double-height combination living and dining room anchored by a large stone fireplace. The kitchen is decorated with marble countertops and dark cabinets.
As if this wasn’t plenty enough, on the lower level you will also find a high-ceilinged entertainment lounge with walls painted entirely a shade of denim, with a wet bar, a pool table, and an 80-inch flat-screen television perfect for entertaining your friends and family.
