The Inner House was founded by Markus Altvater. Located in the European city of Berlin. The Inner House focuses on the interior design of residential and commercial projects, as well as furniture designs and lightings concepts.

Interesting and distinctive home design has always been his passion. Markus remodeled his room for the first time when he was 12, erected columns, and had a glazier make me a custom-made mirror. at 16 he discovered an Art Deco table lamp at the auctioneer’s where he worked.

This enthusiasm has developed over time. By means of travel. His own home has been redesigned several times. But also through assisting friends with house and workplace design, renovation, and equipment. after many years as a project manager in numerous companies. THE INNER HOUSE was born.
Master Bedroom Berlin
The occupants of this master bedroom are greeted with peace and tranquillity. Warm grey tones on the walls, a dark ceiling, and vivid teal drapes create a relaxing ambiance. Even in the early morning brightness, the room-high black-out drapes enable a restful night’s sleep.

This apartment in Prenzlauer Berg currently appears to be cleaner and more hospitable, with larger and more pleasant rooms. The one-bedroom flat in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg has a fresh look thanks to a consistent color scheme. The residents now have extra storage space as a result of the renovation.

A fresh design for a wonderful old Berlin apartment: THE INNER HOUSE designed a master plan for this Kreuzberg home that was elegant, colorful, and harmonious. With their bright and well-balanced hues, the living room and bedroom now look inviting, drastically changing the effect of the formerly white spaces.

On 80 square meters in Prenzlauer Berg, the result is a harmonic combination of old and new, familiar and unexpected. Selected pieces were added to the beautiful furniture that was already in place.

A light and airy space that complements rather than detracts from modern architecture. A color scheme of black-and-white and natural tones creates a quiet backdrop against which vivid bursts of color provide striking contrasts in this penthouse in Berlin Mitte.
Instead of cool, all-white rooms, THE INNER HOUSE devised a color scheme for this Wilhelmenian-style Berlin apartment that is both cohesive and cozy. Warm earthy tones make the living room cozy, while light hues are used in the kitchen. A dark, inviting blue dominates the bedroom.
