A cozy family apartment in the residential complex “Vernisage”, located in one of the quiet districts of Odessa, is another design project of our studio Zhykova Design Group. The entire interior is designed in calm colors and executed in the style of modern minimalism.

This house is a complete embodiment of love for family traditions, winter evenings by the fireplace, watching a home theater, or receiving close guests. The family imagined symbiosis in the contrast of a cozy family nest and the proximity of the house to the modern city and its dynamics, which ultimately turned out to be realized, both in the location of the house and in the style in which you can see the notes of ideas for the home and for urban housing.

The apartment is located in the residential complex Odessa. The design of apartments and residential buildings in this microdistrict is now in great demand: this is elite housing in an area with developed infrastructure, landscaping, and water bodies, remoteness from congested transport hubs and industrial zones.

In this design project, they present a cozy and comfortable apartment for a family. A modern eco-style was chosen as the stylistic and color scheme of the main areas of the apartment. The soft shades of beige combined with the rich green of the accessories and the shades of wood evoke a sense of peace and true home warmth.

In one of Kiev’s Luxury Apartments Complex Diamond Hill, the architectural and interior design studio YODEZEEN masterfully employs a tasteful palette, design furniture, and stunning contemporary artworks to compose a bespoke high-end design. The apartment differs with expressive individual style, which organically connects modernity and tradition, innovative ideas, and classical methods. It seems, that luxury and functionality are mutually exclusive, but precisely this combination was desired by YODEZEEN customers.
