Hábitat Valencia is a great place to present new collections of different Furniture and lighting manufacturers, not only to national agents and sales points but also to international buyers and specifiers.
With over 26 thousand visitors in 2018, Hábitat Valencia international fair will be helping over 400 lightning and furniture brands to connect with suppliers, buyers and design lovers alike, so that they can create long-lasting relationships with each other which will help them grown their businesses together. With the mission to offer and give a unique experience to all who visit them and inform and exchange points of view with the participating design brands, this edition is focused on innovation, design, and interiors, architecture and markets.
The esteemed Spanish trade show comes as an excellent opportunity for these exhibitors to showcase their potential and products. Hábitat Valencia hosts some of the best luxury brands in the world’s design industry, like PullCast, Luxxu, Mugali, and Acana Piel and offers an overview of the current design trends and novelties on the market.
The hotel is on a lovely, narrow street in Valencia’s historic Old Town, with the pretty Túria gardens just a few hundred yards from the door. Many of Valencia’s top landmarks are just a few minutes’ strolls away, such as the 13th-century cathedral, La Seu de València. The modernist El Mercat Central, one of the largest markets in Europe, is half a mile and the Plaza del Ayuntamiento square a little further.

It’s certainly a top location to enjoy Valencia’s main sights. Plus, it’s one street away from the pretty Puente de las Flores floral bridge over the Turia park, providing a green lung from the old city to the modern City of Arts and Sciences. You can walk to the iconic Plaza del Ayuntamiento square in 10 minutes, which is just over half a mile (1 km) away, but it’s sure to take longer with so many boutiques, historic buildings, and cafés to stop you in your tracks.

Placed in a 200 sqm baroque-style building, right in the heart of the Spanish city, next to the Hotel Inglés, this bespoke design showroom features a curated selection of furniture, lighting, and accessories from the distinguished Covet House brands. At Covet Valencia you can not only test a market-oriented selection of products but also find all the right tools to create the most unique projects.
Focused mostly on a mid-century style, this luxury design showroom pays full respect to the overall aesthetics through the use of pastel colors and hues, both on bespoke furnishings and upholstery pieces but also thanks to the structure and architecture of the showroom.
The living room staging is the perfect culmination of two of these brands, along with Essential Home‘s sister brand, DelightFULL A brand that also brings the mid-century inspired design into the world of lighting, to literally shine a light on all the luxurious pieces in Valencia’s showroom. Here we can find some iconic furnishings and lighting designs like Essential Home’s Monocles Sideboard, Atomic Suspension by DelightFULL, Oreas Single Sofa, and Saari Sofa, both by BRABBU.
Also inspired by the mid-century, this incredible bedroom design from COVET VALENCIA features some creative details such as the wardrobe with a clear square pattern and geometric black lines and lacquering, and the floral print of the wallpaper. Covet House was able to achieve a balanced look between several colorful elements the shapes and simple design of the Sophia Panel Bed by Essential Home and ultimately the accessories and lighting, like Brubeck Round Suspension by DelightFULL.
Last and most important, the amazing bathroom design! This amazing project is the perfect example of trendy contemporary bathroom design, with all the symmetric pattern both on the walls and the scale shapes of the luxury bathroom furnishings, such as the KOI Bathtub and Koi Freestanding, both by Maison Valentina.

TOP FINE DINING RESTAURANTS:
Quique Dacosta holds three Michelin stars at his eponymous restaurant in Denia and had an instant success on his hands with this Valencia gastro bar, which serves great tapas and rice dishes. No booking, but worth queueing. Dacosta also runs another gastro bar, Vuelve Carolina with El Poblet restaurant upstairs, which has a Michelin star.

From the large windows of the Vertical Restaurant, you can enjoy one of the best views of the city of Valencia. One of Spain’s most innovative chefs, Camarena swiftly acquired a Michelin star when he opened his restaurant in the trendy Ruzafa neighborhood. Expect the very best Mediterranean ingredients prepared in highly creative ways. Adjoining the restaurant, Camarena also opened the buzzy Canalla Bistro and he has a superb tapas bar in the Central Market too, called Central Bar.
