What makes the refined design home so special is the history behind its construction. Located in Mandeville Canyon, a small community in Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood it belongs to a family with two small children. Take a look inside this refined home design!

The family had decided to settle down after moving around for work, living in eight houses over the past ten years. They were looking for a place cozy and bright and also open to the extensive views of the city and ocean.
After founding a 3.14-acre lot sheltering over 200 mature trees they decided to work with Rockefeller Partners Architects. The main focus of the architect firm was to understand the family´s lifestyle and they found out that their dream was to live in a “useful, beautiful and timeless” home. They created a modern and simple environment adjusted to the family life, the floor plan was designed with motion. The attention to detail and craftsmanship gave shaped to a spectacular home design.
Alana Homesley was the interior designer responsible for bring to life the elegance and beauty of this house, this contemporary interior design gave the special touch that the family was looking for. A place where they could work, play and grow as a family.
