From an early age, David’s creative ability was nurtured by his parents who both encouraged his passion for making things. He attended Bedales School at the age of 13, which is where he developed an avid interest in wood-working. He went on to hone these skills at Parnham House School for Craftsmen in Wood in Dorset. On leaving he set up his own cabinet-making business, David Linley & Co. now simply known as LINLEY
