Freshome magazine reveal us today a spectacular vegetarian restaurant in London, if you are planning to visit the UK and if your are looking for places to eat, I really believe that after seeing these pictures here in interior design magazines and get to know more about this restaurant you will want to go there.
This beautiful self-service restaurant is located near Oxford Circus, in central London and what makes it special is the concept of the interior design, plus the delicious and tempting food that is presented, even for meat lovers I really believe you will want to try it.
This concept was created in collaboration with I-Am and entrepreneur Jessica Krugger, the goal was for customers be able to eat with their eyes, presenting beautiful dishes that are going to taste as good as it looks. When Jessisca Krugger was asked about Ethos Foods, she mention “Ethos grew out of my frustration with meat-free options when eating out, which is one of my favourite past times. Basically you’re faced with either a risotto or a salad. It gets pretty repetitive and it’s often just a bag of lettuce leaves with a sorry excuse for a topping… not what I call a good meal out.”
The restaurant interior is highlighted by touches of blues, gold and silvers, making for a discrete, yet luxurious atmosphere. Blue tones are featured in the upholstery of the banquette seating, complimented with black and neutral loose furniture. Birch trees make for a striking feature in the design, with over 4m high trees standing majestically in the main space and delivering a natural and organic element.
