Celebrating World Book Day – World Book Day is a celebration of the book as a design object of enormous potential and the impact it has on our lives. What piece of furniture could personify best the book’s aura than a chaise Long? This classic novel exudes elegance and refinement, much like Como Chaise Long, by Brabbu. Both are timeless and sophisticated, evoking a sense of luxury and leisure.

Clerk Armchair

“The Great Gatsby” by F. Scott Fitzgerald

This novel is all about decadence and excess, and what better way to capture that than with a dazzling chandelier? LUXXU‘s Magna Chandelier captures the novel’s opulence and luxury with a touch of ultimate sophistication.

EDITOR’S CHOICE

Magna Chandelier

The Catcher in the Rye” by J.D. Salinger

This classic novel is all about rebellion and nonconformity, so we thought a counter stool would feel appropriate. The Bourbon Counter Tool is a piece of furniture that, just like the book, sets everybody in the mood for questioning traditional standards and encourages relaxation and playfulness.

EDITOR’S CHOICE

Bourbon Counter Stool

The Picture of Dorian Gray” by Oscar Wilde

This novel is all about beauty and vanity, much like an ornate mirror. Both capture the allure of the superficial and the dangers of becoming obsessed with appearance. One might even become fragmented… LUXXU‘s new Algerone Mirror is the embodiment of all that!

EDITOR’S CHOICE

Algerone Mirror

“The Hobbit” by J.R.R. Tolkien

This novel is all about adventure and the natural world, much like what some book lovers look forward to. So why not represent this bestseller as a bookcase? The Algerone Bookcase, also from LUXXU, captures the essence of and the tranquility of indulging in reading activities.

EDITOR’S CHOICE

Algerone Bookcase

One Hundred Years of Solitude” by Gabriel Garcia Marquez

This novel is magical and mystical, much like a hanging light fixture. Both capture the ethereal quality of life and the surreal events that can occur. Isn’t the Botti Suspension by DelightFull a perfect match?
