Haussmann Luxury
This apartment from an old building, located in the 16th district of Paris, is the result of a close collaboration between the interior designer Jonathan Loubens and Benny Benlolo, expert of the Haussmanian style. In the beginning, this place combined simple spaces, without style and decoration – a meaningless place. The different colors have been chosen according to their natural and warm tones to create a cozy and calming atmosphere. Red has been partially added to bring contrast and dynamism to this classic interior design. Two tailors-made skylights have been conceived and embedded to the walls, creating a new structure and adding more depth to the room. Those two elements emphasize the singularity of this property.
Renaissance
In the beginning, this Haussmanian apartment was a 250m2 office space, located in the 8th district of Paris. Rooms left to abandon, broken moldings, and an aging carpet floor. Strictly reserved for business use, the rooms were not livable. The main goal of this project has been to rehabilitate the complete interior by creating comfortable and modern spaces while breathing a new life into the Haussmanian Style.
Wilson
Located in Paris, this Haussmanian Style Apartment of 220m2 was completely refurbished. To bring light and harmony, this aging living space without consistency required a complete renewal. The purpose of this work: breathe a new life into this property without affecting the partition’s layout. For Benny Benlolo, the interior designer, it was a matter of regaining and emphasizing the property’s essence. A classic Haussmanian Style was selected to reflect the interior designer’s background.
