The Contemporary Design Of COCO Rocha’s Home – The supermodel, Coco Rocha, and her husband, James Conran, have been married for eight years, have tackled three home renovation projects. This house project was probably the most challenging one. Take a look!
The couple has chosen the contemporary design for the interior design of their Tudor-style property that serves as a weekend retreat and a modeling camp. Until today, the couple considers the sprawling Tudor-style farmhouse located 60 miles north of New York City, the most challenging project that they haver had.
The 7,000-square-foot property serves as a weekend retreat as well as the headquarters for their modeling camp, where they teach young models the basics steps for building a portfolio, casting, and runway training, among other skills.
Through the design, the supermodel and her husband preserved the old charm of the original house and added a few modern touches into the design, like rearranging the layout, incorporating unique furniture pieces and graphic artwork.
Millennial pink was the main color tone that the couple decided to incorporate in details around the house. These bespoke armchairs are beautiful, comfortable, and really pull the space together. On the other corner of the room, there is a bay window where 15 people can sit, relax, and hang out.
The renovation process included a total of six bathrooms in the property and they all ended up with some common details between them. Subway tiles are classic and make the space feel homey and clean.

Overall the property, originally built for a large family in the 1930s, sits on seven acres. The main house was expanded between the 1950s and 1960s and in the 1970s, the chalet-style guest house was added to accommodate more guests. Most of the models hang out in the guest house, which was design with a contemporary, yet luxurious chalet decoration.
