One of my favorite brands Fendi in collaboration with the Argentine real estate developer Chânteau Group are working together to build the first branded residential building for the Italian luxury house – an oceanfront condominium property in Miami.
Programmed to be launched in June 2016 the condominium will feature 58 oceanfront apartments and penthouses with two to five bedrooms options, priced from $5million to $25 million.
Fendi also selected a Miami based interior design firm Fanny Haim & Associates to be part of this project. The entire decoration reflects the brand artistic image, containing Fendi Casa sofas, rugs, lighting fixtures and more furnishings.
The entire building is a lavish dream a place where the residents can have an interrupted view to the sea and also to the city skyline and Intracoastal.
The dreamy divisions will have streaked wood and smoky glass. The bathrooms will feature Italian Calacatta and Botticino marble floors. The kitchens will be adorn with Fendi Casa cabinets. What dazzle me is the fact that each residence has a outdoor kitchen on a waterfront balcony.
All the homeowners will share a extravagant lobby decorated with Fendi favorites materials like leather, fur and silk. Furthermore all the dwellers will enjoy two swimming pools, poolside cabanas and a Jacuzzi.
